We offer skinning and processing services for cows. Appointments are required, call us at (803) 499-9036 to schedule a drop off or fill out our appointment request sheet. Prices are as follows:
Skinning Fee: $115
Processing: $1.15 lb. Hanging Weight
Extras: $25 (Heart, Liver, Oxtail, Tounge, etc)
*All cuts vacuum sealed, 2-4 steaks per pack, 1 roast per pack, ground
beef in 1lb. rolls*
The head/spinal cord CANNOT be saved for any cow over 30 months. This may affect the look of some of the steaks that you order.
If you need to reschedule, please call us at least 2 hours ahead of your appointment!
