Walking into our shop is like popping open a can of confetti — it’s a little chaotic, a little crowded, but full of charm.
We cut steaks to order, stock freezers with all kinds of goodies, offer box options + recipe cards, and support local products whenever we can. We’re also working on being more eco-friendly — reusable cooler bags are coming soon!
On the processing side, we specialize in whole animal butchery — a lost art we’re proud to keep alive. We offer 24/7 drop-off for smaller animals (already gone to greener pastures) and scheduled appointments for livestock.
My dad started this 25 years ago, and I'm incredibly grateful it’s grown into something that supports our team and community.
New here? It might feel a little overwhelming at first — but take your time, ask questions, and don’t worry, we’re not staring at you (okay, maybe a little — but only because we love meat and people equally).
