SAUSAGE FEES:
* Please expect to recieve 1/3 of your deer back, less depending on where it was shot
* All ground meats & sausage are in 1 lb. packs
* There will ALWAYS be trimmings leftover for ground or sausage- We only process the best cuts of meat for roasts, cubed steak, and other cuts listed
* Any meat that we would not eat, we do not keep (bloodshot, buckshot, etc.)
* A deboning fee ($35) is charged instead of a basic cut fee ($70) for deer that are made into all sausage/processed products.
* Please allow an average of 2-3 weeks for processing- If you haven't heard from us within this time period please give us a call as we may have had trouble getting in touch with you
