SKINNING & CAPE FEES:

  • Skin & Gut Only   $25
  • Horn/Head Cut Only    $10
  • Cape/Mount    $40


DEBONING FEES (Whole Deer):

  • Basic Cut    $85

                        Includes any cuts & ground venison.

  • No Basic Cuts (Deboning Fee)  $50 

                        Covers only deboning and ground venison. Still payable even if you get all fresh and cooked products.

  • Hang + Quarter $30 (includes freezer wrap)
  • Debone & Vacuum Seal Only $50

TO SAVE CAPE/HORNS/ETC:

  • Green tag with name and phone number MUST be attached to horns in the skinning shed.
  • Only a green tag ensures that you cape/horns will be saved.
  • Capes/horns must be picked up within 1 week; extra charges apply for late pick-up due to limited freezer space.

 

  • If your taxidermist is picking up, you must personally call them as many won't pick up the head/cape otherwise.

NO SKIN & HANG ONLY DEER ACCEPTED FOR THE 2025 SEASON!

 Because of the high rate of unclaimed HANG ONLY deer, we regret to inform you that we will not be accepting them this year. However, you're welcome to bring your deer here for quartering and wrapping, or to have it processed entirely into ground meat as an alternative option.


FOR COOLER/QUARTERED DEER:


  • Use food-safe bags, not garbage bags, for deer storage.
  • We're not liable for lost or stolen coolers.
  • Grab a tote from our front office for deer storage to take your cooler home with you.

NOTES ABOUT PROCESSED DEER:

 

  • Expect 1/3 deer return, adjusted for shot location.
  • Ground meats & sausage come in 1 lb. packs.
  • If we won't eat it ourselves, we won't give it to you.
  • There will ALWAYS be trimmings leftover for ground or sausage- We only process the best cuts of meat for roasts, cubed steak, and other cuts listed
  • A deboning fee ($50) is charged instead of a basic cut fee ($80) for deer that are made into all sausage/processed products.
  • Processing takes 2-3 weeks on average; contact if no update within this time.

SKINNING SHED OPEN 24/7

How to Drop Off

  1. WHERE: Our skinning shed doors are always open. Drag your deer/hog into the skinning shed (last two doors).
  2. ORDER INSTRUCTIONS: Processing tickets are located on the right side of the skinning shed. Fill out the appropriate processing ticket with your name, phone number, and instructions.
  3. SKINNING: Skinners arrive after business hours every day throughout the year to skin any deer/hogs. During peak deer season they also come in the mornings to skin. 

             If you happen to miss them, we have a "Holding Cooler" located inside of                               the skinning shed to leave your deer/hog in until they are available. You are also welcome to skin your own using any tools in the shed.

  1. PICK-UP: We will give you a call/text as soon as your order is ready! If you have any questions before then please call us at (803) 499-9036 or message us on Facebook for an after-hours response.

SAVING YOUR HORNS, EURO MOUNT OR CAPE? 

You MUST fill out a green tag and attach this to your horns or tag. These instructions are also posted in the skinning shed. They will not be saved with no green tag!!!
