Skinning/Horn/Cape Fees:

- Skin & Gut Only   $20

- Horn/Head Cut Only    $5

- Cape/Mount & Skin/Gut    $30


Deboning Fees (Whole Deer):

- Basic Cut   $70 (includes any cuts & ground vension)

  or

- No Cuts-Deboning Fee   $35 (Sausage processing is extra)

Cooler Processing Fees:

- Basic Cut  $1.45 lb. Based on Finished Weight (Includes any cuts and ground venison)

   or

- No Cuts- Deboning Fee (Sausage is extra per lb.)   $0.79 lb. Based on Finished Weight - This fee only covers deboning

   or

- Brought in Already Deboned - Only charged Sausage Prices per lb.

TO SAVE CAPE/HORNS/ETC:

  • You MUST put a green tag (hanging in skinning shed) on horns with your name and phone number
  • Marking cape/horns on your processing tag DOES NOT guarantee that your cape/horns will be saved- ONLY A GREEN TAG GUARANTEES that it will be saved
  • Capes/Horns should be picked-up within 1 week- extra charges will be applied if it is picked up later due to limited freezer space
  • If your taxidermist is picking up, you are required to call them. Many taxidermists will not pick up if you have not called them personally.

FOR HANG ONLY DEER:

  • Your deer is ready for pick-up by the next business day
  • We DO NOT call to let you know it is ready as many people choose to let it hang different amounts of time. The maximum amount of time a hang-only will be saved is 10 days.

FOR COOLER/QUARTERED DEER:

  • DO NOT store deer in garbage bags. Make sure they are stored in food safe bags.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen coolers. 
  • We recommend asking our front office for a tote to store your deer in at the time of drop off and taking your cooler home with you

NOTES ABOUT PROCESSED DEER:

* Please expect to recieve 1/3 of your deer back, less depending on where it was shot

* All ground meats & sausage are in 1 lb. packs

* There will ALWAYS be trimmings leftover for ground or sausage- We only process the best cuts of meat for roasts, cubed steak, and other cuts listed

* Any meat that we would not eat, we do not keep (bloodshot, buckshot, etc.)

* A deboning fee ($35) is charged instead of a basic cut fee ($70) for deer that are made into all sausage/processed products.

* Please allow an average of 2-3 weeks for processing- If you haven't heard from us within this time period please give us a call as we may have had trouble getting in touch with you
