Due to a rise in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we’ve made the difficult decision to require a $50 deposit. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least two hours before your appointment and will be applied toward your processing fee.
We are a USDA Custom Exempt Facility. At this time we can only process for personal use. (BIG CHANGES COMING SOON!)
We offer skinning and processing services for cows. Appointments are required, call us at (803) 499-9036 to schedule a drop off or fill out our appointment request sheet. Prices are as follows:
Kill Fee: $10
Skinning Fee: $25
Processing: $1.25 lb. Hanging Weight
Extras: $10 (Heart, Liver, Oxtail, Tounge, etc)
*All cuts vacuum sealed, 2-4 steaks per pack, 1 roast per pack, ground
in 1lb. packs*
If you need to reschedule, please call us at least 2 hours ahead of your appointment!
