Processing dates are extremely limited. Here are the dates for 2025. We will begin processing again in February 2026. You MUST have an appointment for drop off. Call us at (803) 499-9036 to schedule today.

 Preparing your chickens properly before drop-off helps ensure a smooth and efficient processing experience. Here's what to do:

Before Drop-Off:
• Withhold feed for 12 hours, but provide water
• Keep birds dry and contained (no mud or wet feathers)
• Use ventilated crates or cages for transport
• Label cages if you’re processing birds for multiple households

At Drop-Off:
• Arrive during your scheduled time
• Let us know if you want whole birds or cut-up options
• Birds will be processed, chilled, bagged, then frozen and ready for pickup the next day. We will contact you once they are available for pick-up.
